WARRANTY

Weather King offers a five (5) year warranty on our workmanship. Some exclusions may apply. Weather King offers a LIMITED TIME WARRANTY against termite damage and fungal decay on all pressure treated materials. This warranty is from the pressure treated material producer. Many of the materials that we use have supplier warranties that are greater than the Weather King Warranty.

Weather King uses L.P. Smart Panel on painted or urethane siding which carries a five (5) year, 100% labor and replacement feature. L.P. Smart Panel also comes with a 50 year prorated, limited warranty on substrate.

Wood (white lumber) used in our buildings is a natural material in which minor defects are common. Common imperfections include knots, knot holes, sap pockets, bow, cupping, crooks, wane, check, splits and shake. Small defects will not affect the structural integrity or longevity to the building and are not subject of warranty repair.

If you believe a defect in your building goes beyond a “minor” defect, please submit photos of the suspect defects for our review. You can e-mail the pictures to Repairs@consolidatedbuildings.com or call 866-977-6440 for a cell telephone number you can text the pictures. Warranty work will be performed when we determine the defect exceeds our building standards.

Weather King does not warrant damage caused by weather conditions such as wind, hail, flooding, etc.

Building settling issues often cause problems with doors and windows. All other re-leveling issues will be at the expense of the customer. If you have a window or door that quits working after the first thirty (30) days, please have the leveling of your building checked before calling Weather King.
